She was predeceased by : her husband Clinton McKenley "Buddy" Stone; her parents, Holland Berry Hayes and Minnie Mae Earp Hayes; her son Richard A. Stone; and her siblings, John Thomas Hayes, Ernest Hayes, Earl Hayes and Lois Wise.

She is survived by : her daughter Sheron Miles (Wright) of Kingstree; her grandchildren, Andy Miles (Pat), Clint Miles (Danielle), Pam Markland (Jason), Amanda Stevens (Jake) and Amy Burchell (Pat); her great grandchildren, Aiden Miles, Cadie Miles, Ethan Miles (Mary Louise), Garrett Miles, Kylie, Jackson Markland, Sophia, Trey Stevens and Vayda Serrato; her sisters, Vonnie Turner (David) and Jerrilyn Fraley (Van); and her sister-in-law Merilynn Hayes.
