She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Olin Wheeler and Doris Moore Wheeler; her husband Dick; and her sisters, Betty Taylor and Joy Lambert.
She is survived by: her children, James Richard "Jamey" Abrams, Jr. (YeVonne) of Andrews and Mary Elizabeth "Beth" Pace (Jonathan) of Conway; her sister JoAnn Blakely (Beverly) of Hanahan; her grandchildren, Allison Brown (Josh), James R. Abrams, III (Abby) and Russell Pace; and her great grandchildren, Bayleigh, Georgia, Raelyn and Ollie.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Williamsburg Funeral Home (332 E Main St, Kingstree, SC 29556). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Spring Gulley Baptist Church (2107 US-521, Andrews, SC 29510).
