Minister was predeceased by: parents, James E. McCutchen and Jessie Mae McCutchen; and siblings, Pamela Dozier and Edward Leroy McCutchen. Minister is survived by: siblings, Leo Love of Philadelphia, PA and Cleo Brower (Michael) of Philadelphia, PA; close friend Ruben Snipes of Myrtle Beach, SC; and sister-in-law Aretha McCutchen. Minister is also survived by goddaughter; along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
