He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Warren Horton and Harriet Winston Horton; his brother Sammy Horton; and his siblings-in-law, Jayne, Angus McGregor, Karl Dargan and Freddy Dargan.

He is survived by: his wife Blanche; his son Rich (Amanda); his grandchildren, Anna Kate Horton, Luke Horton, Jack Pierstorff and Zerick Pierstorff; his sister Wynn Horton McGregor; and his brothers-in-law, Walter Dargan and Hugh Dargan.

Visitation was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
