With sadness, we share the passing of Ruth B. Walker of Kingstree, South Carolina. Ruth, born on December 5, 1944, passed away on August 23, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Walker; her parents, Carl Bradley and Louise Nesmith Bradley; her children, Mary Lou Bradley and Ronnie Harmon; and her siblings, Virginia Livingston, Buddha Gamble, William Bradley and Harold Gamble.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Mariah; her grandson-in-law Darrell Foster; her children, Christine Burgess (Woody), Earnestine Harmon, James Edward Bradley, Elisha Scott (Matthew), Sheila Harmon and Eric Harmon (Sharlene); her great grandchildren, Mariah Foster (Darrell), Sterling Harmon "Booger", Zaraya Harmon "Boopie", Ebony Harmon "Poop", Jawaski Harmon "Frank", Krystal Harmon "Dolly" and Jaquan Bradley "Quan"; her sisters, Billie Bell Gamble of Kingstree and Ruby McKnight of Kingstree; and her sisters-in-law, Rosetta Gamble of Kingstree and Cornell Bradley of Newark. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Henryhand Funeral Home (1951 Thurgood Marshall Hwy, Kingstree, SC 29556). A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Siloam Baptist Church (200 Madison Ave, Kingstree, SC 29556).
