She was predeceased by: her parents, James Leon Starnes and Erika Elizabeth Dahlmann Starnes; her brother Richard Starnes; and her son Jorg Bewersdorf, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, John W. Bewersdorf (Cathy) of Summerville, SC and Natascha A. Foote (Chris) of Counce, TN; her siblings, Wayne Starnes of Lutz, FL and Karen Benner (Robert) of Wesley Chapel, FL; her grandchildren, Miranda Langdale (Will) of Summerville, SC and Dylan Foote of Counce, TN; and her great grandchild Tegan Langdale.
