She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Ricks and Annie Mae DeLoach Ricks; her sister Helen R. Hardin; and her stepmother Lois Holtzendolf Ricks. She is survived by: her children, Jan Elliott of Ladson, SC and Richard H. Elliott of Augusta, GA; her grandchildren, Nichole Boles (Justin) of Chapin, SC and Christopher Elliott Brunner (Carrie); her great grandchildren, Cohen and Chandler Brunner; and her siblings, Victoria Slichter of Florence, Italy and John Percival Ricks of Port Angeles, WA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Palmetto Cemetery (3412 Ross Rd, Brunswick, GA 31520).
