She was predeceased by: her siblings, Jeanette Middleton and Frank Diaz. She is survived by: her parents, Franciso Diaz and Joan Hughes Diaz of San Antonio, TX; her children, Elizabeth Boyce (Darrin) of Ladson, Adam Grillo (Heather) of Ladson and Paul Grillo (Shannon) of Moncks Corner; her grandchildren, Halie, Joseph, Anthony, Elizabeth, Aiden, Brantley and Ellis; and her great grandchild Maddox.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at 251 Farrell St, Moncks Corner, SC 29461.
