She is survived by: her sons, Johnny Osborne (Charlene), Bobby N. Osborne, II (Camala) and Gerald Heath Osborne; her grandchildren, Johnny Osborne, II (Neely), Joshua Osborne, Zach Newell, Whitney Keefe, Courtney Faye Osborne, Blake Osborne and Brandon Osborne; and her brothers, Jimmy Smith (Debbie), Dickie Smith (Johnnie) and Buddy Smith. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews.
