She was predeceased by : her parents, Billie Douglas and Vermell Ward Douglas; and her brother Dwayne Douglas. She is survived by : her husband Ebert E. "Butch" Floyd, Jr. of Lake City; her son Ebert E. "Kip" Floyd, III of Lake City; her siblings, Billy Douglas (Judy) of Tabor City, NC, Ellen Douglas Wright of Little River and Cheryl Douglas Lara (Michael) of Florence; and her friend Patty Gregory of Lake City.
