She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Jack McElveen; her parents, Samuel Alexander McCrea and Bernice Alsbrook McCrea; and her sons, Samuel Alexander McElveen (Sammy) and Casey Shawn McElveen.
She is survived by: her sons, William Jack McElveen, Jr. (Karen) of Florence, SC and Loyd Eugene McElveen of Indianapolis, IN; her granddaughter Lauren Elizabeth McElveen of Simpsonville, SC; and her sister Barbara McCrea Jaudon of Greenville, SC..
