She was predeceased by: her parents, David Mitchell Benton and Pearlie Mae Dowdy Benton; and her sister Shirley Ann Powell Wise. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Lamb; her son Dr. Wade Lamb (Gina); her grandsons, Benjamin Lamb (Amanda) and Matthew Lamb (Sarah Pruitt); and her brother Joe Benton (Betty) of Conway.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Stone Chapel (1996 W Hwy 378 Hannah, Pamplico, SC 29583). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at the Lake City Cemetery (522 W Main St, Lake City, SC 29560).
