He is survived by: his parents, Carl Benjamin "Ben" Pack, IV and Jennifer Eugena Smith; his siblings, KayLee McClellan, Madison, Maddie Pack and Aiden Smith; his grandmothers, Linda Antuna (Gilbert Herrera) and Vickie Self (Roscoe Cheeseboro); his great-grandparents, Sara Pack and Judy Qualls; his aunts and uncles, Cristy Carter (Ryan), Amanda Tschorn (George), Scotty Huggins (Brandi) and Tony Pack; and his girlfriend Elizabeth Huggins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Carolina Funeral Home (215 E Hwy 378 Byp, Lake City, SC 29591). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Carolina Funeral Home Chapel (215 E Hwy 378 Byp, Lake City, SC 29591). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at the New Piney Grove Church Cemetery.
