He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lynn Walters and Rosa Lee Watts; and his siblings, Ricky Walters and Lissa Walters. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Walters; his children, Shane Tyler Walters (Olivia), Charles "Nash" Walters (Jennifer) and Nikki Elizabeth Walters (Derek); and his grandchildren, Tatum, Corbin, Bryn, Dakota, Ellis and Ryan.
