It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Johnson Miller of Lake View, South Carolina, who passed away on September 13, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. A graveside service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 4:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM. Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cooke Funeral Home of Lake View (202 N Main St, Lake View, SC 29563). A reception will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bear Swamp Baptist Church (731 Kemper Church Rd, Lake View, SC 29563).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be mailed to Dillon County Fire Station #3 in memory of FF Perry L. Ford at 2203 Hwy 41 S Lake View, SC 29563.
