He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Willman and Jean Brown Willman; and his brother Roy Willman. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn Altman Willman (Tootsie); his children, Joshua Willman and Whitney Willman of New Hampshire; his stepchildren, Francis Luerssen III (Tina) of Spokane, WA and Remy Luerssen Pangle (Jeremy) of Strasburg, VA.; and his grandchildren, Ella Grace Pangle, Francis Mac Luerssen and Tucker John Luerssen.
