He was predeceased by: his wife Carole Ann Borgman (Keller). He is survived by: his children, Lani of Morgantown, PA, Christopher of Charlotte, NC, Michael (Katie) of Charlotte, NC and Mark (Kirsten) of Lake Wylie, SC; and his siblings, Dean, Paul, Dan, John David and Joanne. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
