He is survived by: his wife Sally Stephens Campbell; his children, Heather Campbell of San Diego, CA, Holly Thompson (Campbell) of Lake Wylie, SC and Robert Stephen Campbell of Boulder, CO; and his grandchildren, Joy Thompson, Bradley Thompson and Matthew Thompson.
