With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Joseph O'Neil of Lake Wylie, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 22, 2025 at the age of 52. He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Christopher O'Neil. He is survived by: his mother Barbara O'Neil; his children, Alexis Kae O'Neil, Kaytlyn Victoria O'Neil and John Robert O'Neil; his siblings, John O'Neil (Brantley O'Neil) and Ann Margaret Owens (Daniel Owens); his nieces, Brooklyn O'Neil and Kennedy Owens; and his nephew Christian O'Neil.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
