She was predeceased by : her parents, Gordan Hill and Mary Lizzie Jolly Hill; her husband LaRue Phillips; her children, Ruey Phillips and Christie Gray; and her siblings, Ralph, Raleigh Hill and Jewel Huggins.
She is survived by : her children, Jerry Phillips (Robin), Judy Fountain (Franklin) and Billy Phillips (Shirley). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
