He is survived by: his wife Nancy Conyers Parnell; his sons, Keith Parnell (Rhonda), Chris Parnell and Jason Parnell (Melaine); his grandsons, Gage Parnell (Haley), Gavin Parnell and Eli Parnell; his great grandchildren, Easton and Kayson; and his sister Janice Sims (Lynn) of Sardis, S. C..
