She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Windham and Elizabeth Windham of Lamar, SC.; her husband George Jeryl Best; and her son-in-law James Byrnes Flowers. She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Best Flowers and Jerri Best (Rosemary Smith); her grandchildren, Ashley Flowers and Carrie Buchanan (Corey); and her pet Lucy.
