She was predeceased by : her parents, Emerson Dwight and Leo Jernigan Causey; her husbands, Floyd Peek and Kenneth Strickland; her son Roger Peek; and her siblings, Leon, Wayne, Glenn Causey, Betty Gladue, Jackie Snipes and Carol McElveen.
She is survived by : her daughter-in-law Deborah Peek of Lamar. She is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kidney Foundation.
