He is survived by: his wife Josey Ruth Skinner Watkins; his daughter Melissa Feeney (Nathan) of Sumter, SC; his sister Beverly Schoenecker (Randy) of Florence, SC; his uncle John; and his sister-in-law Frances. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
