She was predeceased by : her parents, Leroy Yancy and Zelma Coker Yancey; and her stepparents, John Daniel Briggs and Peggy Yancy. She is survived by : her husband Darrell Ray; her children, Karla Sturgeon (McIver) of Florence, Judy Tingen (Randy) of Florence and Chad Schroeder (Dawn) of Florence; her grandchildren, Halie, Owen, Andrew, Sheila, Skylar, Malarie, Jaida, Julianne, Kara, Anthony, Kimberly and Kellie; and her siblings, Marvin Wilson (Janet) of Florence, Mary Stutts of Mooresville, NC, Mickey Eldridge of Mooresville and Melonie Williams of Mooresville, NC.
