She was predeceased by: her mother Clevie Amerson Cole; her husband Roy Clark; her daughter Shelly Sizemore; and her brothers, Ronnie Ellison Moody and David Moody.
She is survived by: her father Ellison Moody; her stepdaughter Angela Strum (Jason); her stepsiblings, Dana Smith (Glenn), Billy Gerald (Lori Farrow), Kelley Peavy (Matthew), Kim Haselden (Keith) and Jaime Brantley (Will); her aunt Geraldine Kirby; her nieces, Christie and Leigh; and her nephew Ron.
