We announce the death of Annie Catoe (Lancaster, South Carolina), who passed away on August 1, 2026, at the age of 78. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Snipes and Alma Mackey Snipes; the father of her children James Bobby Catoe; her daughter Denise Carnes; her sisters, Doris Smith and Faye Hollingsworth; and her great grandchild Remy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Martha Pate (Lloyd) of Bethune, SC, Sandra Dawkins (Todd) of Heath Springs, SC and Angela Tucker (Joseph) of Ohio; her sisters, Linda King (Charles), Debbie Robinson and Jane Snipes; and her cousins, Jessie Snipes and Randy Snipes. She is also survived by grandchildren; numerous beloved great-grandchildren.
