He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jarvis Morris and Levia Pardue Morris; and his brothers, William "Bus" Morris, Ben Morris and Max Morris.

He is survived by: his children, Julie Middleton (Tommy) and Joey Morris (Janice); his sister Marcene Plyler (Harris); his grandchildren, Joseph Morris (Tristian), Alicia Morris, Ryan Middleton, Cameron Middleton (Gaby), Jonathan Rivers and Jay Rivers; and his great grandchild Blakely Morris.

The family will receive friends following the service and suggest memorial contributions be made to the Jackson Shrine Club, PO Box 237, Lancaster, SC 29720 or Zion United Methodist Church, 1665 Zion Road, Lancaster, SC 29720.
