He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Catoe and Grace Hunter Catoe; and his siblings, Wilbur Catoe, Robert Catoe, Cecil Catoe and Bernice McWaters.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kelley Riggins (Ronald) of Lancaster and Paula Bunton of Blackstock; his siblings, Jerry Broughton of Lancaster and Nett Horton of Lancaster; his granddaughter Brittany Criminger; and his great grandchildren, Savannah, Logan, Ava and Kohen.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service (709 N White St, Lancaster, SC 29720).
