It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Robinson of Lancaster, South Carolina, who passed away on March 18, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Blease Belk and Maudie Louise McManus Belk; her husband Frank Robinson; her sister Katherine Odom; and her grandparents, Clayton, Flossie McManus, D. A. and Effie Kirkley Belk.
She is survived by: her children, William Todd Hartley, Rhonda McManus (Frankie) and Jill Shaw (David); her grandchildren, Thomas Shaw (Anna) and Jessica Shaw; her great grandchildren, Easton, Rayna and Wrenlee Shaw; and her sister-in-law Kathy Kirkley (Claude).
