She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Cauthen and Dorothy Cauthen; and her husband Michael Hood. She is survived by: her children, Leah Barker Courie (Jay) and Rich Barker (Kim); her brother Billy Cauthen; her grandchildren, Anna K. Wallace, Emily Varnadore (Timothy), Jackson Beckham and Makena Barker; and her great grandchild Brewer Varnadore. She is also survived by mother and grandmother to her children and grandchildren.
