He was predeceased by: his parents, William Herman Moore and Eva Small Moore McCoy; his daughter Margaret Elizabeth "Meg" Small; and his siblings, Deborah "Debbie" Blackmon, Michael Moore and Jimmy Dwayne Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Jerri Moore; his daughter Leigh Moore Lever (Tom); his grandchildren, William Thomas Lever, Patterson Elizabeth Small, Wylie Elizabeth Lever and Eva Anne Small; and his close friend Jason Neal. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
