We are sad to announce that, on January 11, 2021, at the age of 90, Cecil Elliott of Lancaster, South Carolina, born in Andrews, South Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Cecil Elliott to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellie Lee Elliott, Sr. and Maggie Richardson Elliott; and his siblings, Willie Elliott, Ellie Lee Elliott, II, Lavon Elliott and Thelma McGee.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis C. Elliott of Lancaster; his daughter Lani Hammond of Jacksonville, OR; his brother A. W. Elliott (Sue) of Pageland; and his grandson Daniel Helms (Sarah) of Little Mountain, SC..

Memorial contributions may be made to Springdell Baptist Church, 1420 Springdell Church Road, Lancaster, SC 29720 or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
