He is survived by: his son Robert Whitaker (Tabitha); his grandchildren, Raegan Marie Whitaker, Hannah Lynn Bax, Catherine Bailey Whitaker, Ryan Anslee Whitaker and Noah Steven Whitaker; his brothers, Greg D. Whitaker (Karen) and Jeff A. Whitaker; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Terlinde, Joe Howze, John Mahaffey and Chris Hough.
