He was predeceased by: his parents, Chivers Woods and Pearl Dawkins Woods; his daughter Venessa Woods McDonald; and his brothers, Carl, Roger, Jimmy and Lindsay Woods.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony E. "Tony" Woods Sr. (Tiffani), Cynthia W. Rollins, Kayla Ellis (Dylan) and Kimberly Palestino; and his siblings, Charles Woods, Furman Woods, Virginia Pack and Diane Wilburn (Lamar). He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, and 23 Great Grandchildren.
