He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay B. Caskey and Eleanor McKeown Caskey. He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Caskey; his children, Noel Caskey (Maria Guilhamelou) and Aimee Watson; his granddaughters, Addison Watson, Meg, Maite and Mia Torres Guilhamelou; his siblings, Jay Caskey (Debbie) and Cynthia Oberfelder (Bob); his nephews, Alex Caskey, Daniel and Ryan Oberfelder; his niece Holly Caskey; and his siblings-in-law, Paul Mahaffey and Pam Dabney (Rick).
