He is survived by: his mother-in-law Miriam Windham; his wife Gwen Muscarella; his daughter Misty Ochotny (Shane); his grandchildren, Grayson and Graham; his mother Vanita Duguay Muscarella; his brothers, Frank Muscarella (Debbie), Alan Muscarella (Patty) and Larry Muscarella (Beth); and his nieces and nephews, Chrystal Muscarella (Brittany), Amber McKim (Ryan), Adam Muscarella (Julie), Jenn Savtiz (Christopher), Curtis Muscarella (Jacquelin), Rocco Muscarella (Raquel), Alan Tyler Muscarella, Ashley Oswald (Victor), Brandi Muscarella, Breeze Muscarella, Harley Vincent Muscarella and Brandi Lynn.
