He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carol and Carolyn Deese Collins. He is survived by: his brothers, Dean Collins (Karin), Steven Collins (April) and Brian Collins (Bridget); his uncles, Gerald Deese (Patricia) and Dennis Deese (Donna); and his nieces and nephews, Danielle Collins, Skylar Collins (Josh Twitty), Josh Collins (Rosa), Austin Collins, Blake Mosier (Anna), Nick Rollings (Jessica), Katlyn Rollings and Adrienne Wilfong. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and dear friends.
