He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Walter Russell and Christine Norton Russell; and his brothers, Gilbert Russell, Gene Russell and Coy Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Geri Russell; his daughters, Teri Russell and Cindi Holland (Scott); his grandchildren, Alicia Tapp and Drew Tapp; and his sister-in-law Amy Russell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
