She is survived by: her husband Dave VanEssendelft; her son Brian Peter VanEmmerik (Debbie); her siblings, Peter Behrendt, Jim Behrendt and Lynn Weeks; and her aunt Carol Tuzzeo. She is also survived by five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
