She is survived by: her husband Johnnie Ray Witherspoon; her children, Gwyndolyn Hudson (Norman) of Lancaster, SC and Willie Rayfield Witherspoon (Keachia) of Hampton, VA.; her siblings, Clara Jean Hayden of Lancaster, SC and Tommy Lee Thornwell (Beverly) of Lancaster, SC; her siblings-in-law, Clarence Witherspoon of Lancaster, Melvin Witherspoon (Shirley) of Waxhaw, NC, Herbert Singleton of Charlotte, NC, Shirley Royster of Atlanta Ga, Veronica Connor (Albert) of Winston Salem, NC and Sandra Wilkes of Winston Salem, NC; her grandchildren, William Isiah McAfee-Witherspoon of Columbus Ohio, Charisma Hudson of Detroit, MI. and Danielle Heckstall of Hampton, VA; her great grandchildren, Jermaine Aldridge and Brayden Heckstall; her child Knowledge Stevenson; and her close friends, Ruby Nell Davis of Lancaster, SC, Odessa Funderburk of Lancaster, SC, Sarah Norwood of Lancaster, SC, Reverend Albert of Lancaster, SC and Mary Young of Lancaster, SC.
