We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2023, at the age of 94, Dorothy West of Lancaster, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Bayless Lovingood and Delsie Kephart Lovingood; her son Wilton "Bill" Garner; her husband Clifford West; and her sister Frances Threlkeld.
She is survived by: her children, DeWayne Garner (Nancy) of Myrtle Beach, SC, DeLee Ballard (Willis F.) of Lancaster and DeLinda Ensley (Alvin B.) of Arizona; her stepson Joe West (Rhonda) of Union, SC; her grandchildren, LeSheay Burchfield, Carrie Gantt and Scott Ensley; and her brothers, Ken Lovingood (Kay) and Ronnie Lovingood (Linda). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; five great-great- grandchildren.
