He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe V. Wallace and Cora Jane Caston Wallace; his wife Elizabeth "Lib" Veal Wallace; and his brother Noel Lynn Wallace. He is survived by: his children, Scott Wallace (Melanie), Todd Wallace and Kelli Brasington (Richard) of Lancaster; and his sisters, Jane Ballentine (Jim) of Lancaster and Suzanne Brown (late Barry) of Lancaster. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
