He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Laney Bell, Sr. and Mary Alice "Sis" Jones Bell; his grandson Wiley "Mac" Bell; and also, Sis and Francis Bell.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Bell; his children, Francis "Lane" Bell III (Kim) and Wiley Craig Bell (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Barron, Bret, Eugenia and Charles; and his brother Ira Jones Bell (Judy). He is also survived by family members and friends.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lancaster Memorial Park (1389 Memorial Park Rd, Lancaster, SC 29720).
