He is survived by: his wife Kathy Rowell; his children, Danielle Leigh Rowell Anderson (Craig) and Matthew Daniel Rowell (Nicole); his grandchildren, Savanna Nicole Rowell and Landen Matthew Rowell; and his siblings, Rachel Dapper (Dan), Arnold Darrell Rowell (Brenda), Nancy Catherine Rowell, Donald Thomas Rowell (Myra) and Paulette Doris Ann Pascalle (Drew). He is also survived by family members and friends.
