He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Cleveland Sinclair and Joyce Doster Sinclair; his wife Evelyn; his daughters, Kim Cauthen and Mindy Watts; his brother Claude Sinclair; his granddaughter Shauna Gordon; and his son-in-law David Cauthen.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Amber Cauthen of Lancaster and Crystal Deese (Daniel) of Lancaster; his great grandchild Alexander Deese; and his sister-in-law Alice Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
