Gene Ghent Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gene Ghent of Lancaster, South Carolina, who passed away on March 11, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Grady Cole Ghent and Peggy Furr Ghent; and his brother William D. "Butch" Ghent. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ghent; his children, Mica Jones (Rob) and Daniel Ghent (Tracie Gardner); his grandchildren, Sebastian Jones, Piper Jones and Brandon Ghent; his daughter Annette Deese (Doug); and his sister Cheryl Ghent McAbee.
