He was predeceased by: his parents, George Francis O'Neill and Jacqueline Mae Hoehnen O'Neill. He is survived by: his wife Acelia "Cil" O'Neill; his children, Megan Jenkins (Daren) of Lancaster and Mark O'Neill (Jessica) of Lexington; and his brother Gary O'Neill (Judy) of Lancaster.
