He is survived by: his wife Sherry Nivens; his daughter Melonie Hunter (Dwayne) of Lancaster; his grandsons, Quinton Thomas, Quinshea Hunter, Dawayne Hunter and Ty'Rea Hunter; his siblings, Mattie Craig of Lancaster, Vanessa Tillman of Fort Mill, Barbara Jean Thomas (David) of Collingswood, Delois Bennett of Penns Grove, Joyce Bennett Parker of Smyrna, Delaware, Jerry Nivens (Glendora) of Charlotte and Mack Bennett (Melissa) of Sewell; his sister-in-law Paulette Crockett of Lancaster; and his son-in-law James Massey of Lancaster. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, church family, and dear friends.
