She is survived by: her children, Sharon Newton Lowery (Mike) and Mark Newton (Kaye); her grandsons, Michael Lowery (Lindsay), Justin Lowery (Kelly), Jeremy Newton and Hunter Newton; her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Lexi and Emma Lowery; her brother Johnny Phillips (Janice); her close friend Rhonda Cauthen; Patty Arant, Charles, Irene Arant, Jo Arant and Linda Arant. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
